18:08:43.5739|INFO|OS Product Name: Windows 10 Home Single Language I opened a ticket previously however I dont think I provided the required information in order for you to look into this issue, my controller has been freezing a lot on input, at least 10 times within 1 hour, I have to use a 2nd PS5 controller to allow me to turn the first one off so i can use it again.
